Rude, Snotty and unhelpful. After four requests to have a gift certificate form faxed to my office, I still did not received the fax. I called yet again requesting the form, only to be spoken to by a rude, snotty and unhelpful employee. Professional and courteous telephone etiquette was their first opportunity to take care of a customer, in this case ... they failed miserably.
